From the fogged glass window
When rain pours ceaselessly
She glance, stare and ponder
At an ominously moving tree,
Million things on her mind
Countless thoughts, bright and dim
Still in this spell, looking behind
She can only think of him
Enduring the misery of his absence
Unuttered words, neglected thoughts
In peace She lives, with her conscience
As obscure it was, to untangle knots
Moved on, endowed, and grown
She is now, a thousand times strong
Yet again, she read and mourn
A lost memoir, that was once torn
Broken but still sheβs full of hope
Atoned past, with dreams reborn
Courage to fly, stable at slope
Her heart is safe in a fort of stone
Yet..
Compelled by rain,
Her smile elope
Memories of the pain
When he left her alone
